This week's football schedule is filled with exciting games, but if you're tired of watching the same old matchups, there's a way to stay updated with the most recent events. The West Virginia Mountaineers host the Union (Ky.) Bulldogs, Monmouth University plays Toms River North in Civil War, and Notre Dame takes on NC State. West Virginia hosts Union (Ky.) Bulldogs in Waleska

In the MAC schedule, West Virginia has played five games and has won three of them. Their three losses have come to Ohio Valley, Tennessee, and Union. Their three victories have come against top-25 programs. The Bulldogs are ranked No. 1 in the nation. They'll be looking to improve on that. Union has won two straight, and is 8-4 overall.

Monmouth University hosts Toms River North in Civil War

The Great American Rivalry Series continues tomorrow with a game between Monmouth University and Toms River North. The Toms are 7-0 and ranked #2 in the state of New Jersey. The Mariners are 2-4 and will look to rebound in this game against Monmouth. In the previous year, the Mariners won the division title and the state championship, and Downs was named as a two-time All-Shore selection. She is the daughter of Leon and Christy Downs.

Reignhardt travels to North Carolina

Reinhardt Eagles head to North Carolina tomorrow for a double-header in Appalachian Conference play. After playing Bethel (Tenn.) on Sept. 25, Reinhardt will play St. Andrews (N.C.) on Oct. 2. NC State plays Notre Dame

The NC State Wolfpack will face the No. 17 Notre Dame Fighting Irish tomorrow in South Bend, Indiana. Notre Dame is on a three-game road trip after winning their last two games. Their road wins include victories over No. 16 Wake Forest and No. 21 Virginia. Their last three losses came to No. 21 Pitt and No. 16 Indiana. But they're also 9-4 this season. West Virginia will host Texas Tech

In a Big 12 game, Texas Tech has the edge over West Virginia, but the Mountaineers have the upper hand at home. These two have played each other 15 times, and the Red Raiders own a record of 15-15. West Virginia will look to bounce back and win its fifth straight game against the Red Raiders. However, Texas Tech will likely take some time to get back on track after their loss to the Sooners.
